Coping With Life and Work Transitions

Change at work and in our personal lives is inevitable.  If we are able to manage these effectively, they can keep us motivated and challenged.  Often times though, we are juggling several changes and multiple tasks and events simultaneously.  Our equilibrium can then be thrown off and we lose our sense of control.  This results in feelings of being overwhelmed, and can lead to our internal resources becoming exhausted.  Many people are unaware that how they perceive an event or change, will determine how they physically, emotionally, and behaviorally respond to it.  One method of regaining a sense of control is to take time to nurture yourself, participate in self-care routines, and reach out for support and guidance.  Monica Ferkin will accompany you as you begin your journey to exceed your own expectations, and to attain happiness in life.
